Ana is a Human Resources Management student, at ISCTE-IUL. Currently, she works at ISCTE Junior Consulting, a junior enterprise managed only by ISCTE students, being responsible for training sessions and workshops. This requires her to deal with Learning Partners, which are external companies well-known in Portugal. This experience made her develop communication skills and sense of responsibility. She has other professional experiences like the summer internship in EDP, payroll area (2011).

André is 22 years old and studies management (undergraduate degree) at ISCTE Business School. He is a member in the department of management and strategy of ISCTE Junior Consulting (IJC), that is a junior company built and formed only by students and supported by ISCTE-IUL teachers. He is also member of the cultural area of the students association of ISCTE-IUL. He was a dancer in two dance groups and he is interested in marketing, entrepreneurship and theater. He is very enthusiastic, creative and has a high social ability.

Andrea Soares is currently attending the MSc. Business Administration at ISCTE Business School, but her background is Marketing Management. She is also a member of the Marketing Department of ISCTE Junior Consulting – a consulting company founded and managed only by ISCTE students. Recently, she has embraced a new ISCTE project: Sustainability Knowledge Center – a center that has as objective spreading information and knowledge related with Sustainability topics.

Daniela Venda is a Portuguese student at ISCTE – IUL and is taking a degree in management. She lives in Lisbon and she is now working in the strategy and management department in a junior enterprise: ISCTE Junior Consulting – IJC. Moreover, she studies Spanish in her free time. Her favorite areas are mathematics, marketing and management. After finishing the degree, her goals are to get a master degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or in Business Administration.

Elodie Zeferino is a student at ISCTE-IUL, attending a Master of Science in Business Administration. She has an undergraduation in Management, also from ISCTE-IUL. She did the Erasmus programme in Paris and Summer School in Prague. She belongs to a Junior Consulting company, ISCTE Junior Consulting, which aims to appear as a development platform to the best students of ISCTE, providing consulting services to the clients, but at the same time, training its members and establishing research protocols with ISCTE’ professors. She is communicative and ambitious.

Filipe Santos is a student of the Management and Industrial Engineering degree at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon. Currently he is a member of ISCTE Junior Consulting (JC) mainly focused on the Management and Strategy area. Before joining IJC he participated in the Leadership Tournament and in the Global Management Challenge. Filipe was recently distinguished by TOP IBS 15+ (ISCTE best students).

Ioana Ţîştea is a student at ISCTE – IUL, attending a Master of Science in Business Administration. She is originally from Romania. Her first experience in Portugal was an Erasmus student mobility at the Faculty of Economics from the University of Porto. She has received her Bachelor Degree in Management at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Before joining the ISCTE/MIT VC team she participated in several projects namely - Let’s Do It, Romania! (fundraising), NexT Film Festival in Bucharest (Public relations) and Manage This Magazine (editor).

Joanna Krywalski Santiago graduated a Master Program in European Business at Silesian Higher School of Management, Katowice, Poland and she is presently a candidate for a PhD in International Marketing at ISCTE Business School. She speaks English, Portuguese and Polish fluently. Her strongest work experience was dedicated to market research at Nova University of Lisbon – Faculty of Economics. Her main duties and competences were: conducting interviews and focus group sessions; data analysis and organizing research meetings.

Joana Santana is currently taking a Master of Science in Business Administration at ISCTE-IUL after receivng a Bachelor Degree in Management at the same university. Before joining the ISCTE/MIT team she engaged in ISCTE Junior Consulting as the Director of the Department of Strategy and Management, a junior enterprise entirely managed by college students which main goal is to provide consulting services to companies. She is integrated in Lisbon's association of volunteering and collaborated in different initiatives both cultural and educational.

Sérgio Casimiro is currently a PhD Candidate at MIT Portugal Program, in the sustainable energy area. His major was in Environmental Engineering with FCT – Nova University of Lisbon. He spent the year of 2010 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a PhD visiting student. Presently he collaborates with the Portuguese National Lab for Energy and Geology (LNEG). He also has experience in environmental engineering and real estate from working at Sonae Sierra (Greece), junior consultancy at Ambi22 and implementing ISO 14001.
Sónia Filipe, g raduated in Human Resource Management at ISCTE-IUL is now taking her Master of Science in Business Administration. She possesses CAP, a certificate that allows her to give training sessions in different subjects. Before taking part of the ISCTE MIT Venture Competition, she was appointed Director of the HR department of ISCTE Junior Consulting, a junior enterprise formed in her university. While in charge of this department, Sónia had to deal with several candidates and clients, which allowed her to develop her communication skills, sense of responsibility and multitasking skills.

Tiago Sampaio is a student at ISCTE-IUL attending a Bachelor in Marketing Management. He went on Erasmus Programme to ESIC: Business and Marketing School, in Madrid. He currently works in ISCTE Junior Consulting, which is a consulting company that provides consulting services at lower prices. It also trains its members and establishes several partnerships with professors and big companies. Tiago is proactive, responsible and a good communicator.
